Jamaica for the crown at Miss World 2012

As the Miss World 2012 comes into a homestretch, all victory arrows are pointing towards Miss Jamaica World 2012, Deanna Robins, according to Missosology. Robins topped the Challenge Events Leaderboard and made the top 24 at the Miss World 2012 Talent Finals held last Wednesday, August 8, at the Ordos Theatre in China. Last night Robins was named among the top 10 finalists of Miss World 2012 Top Model along with Brazil, Australia, Mexico, Spain, Chile, China, Poland, South Sudan and Belize. Jamaica stands strong in third place on the list of countries to win the Miss World titles the most; the first in 1963, Carole Crawford, the second in 1976 by Cindy Breakspeare and the third by Lisa Hanna in 1993. The only countries to have won it more than Jamaica are India, Venezuela and the UK but considering the size of Jamaica, it’s a great achievement. I am encouraging everyone to 'like' her Facebook page Miss World - JamaicaThis is IMPORTANT.. it helps her win the MULTIMEDIA AWARD and contributes to her overall score in the  pageant.

Robins is confident she will be Jamaica's 4th Miss World. She is the leading contestant at the moment for being the only delegate to have so far made it in all competitions where the finalists and/or semifinalists were made public. The Miss World 2012 pageant will be held August 18.
