Annsert Whyte Wins Heat 5 of Men’s 400m hurdles at Rio Olympics

Annsert Whyte won Heat 5 of Men’s 400m hurdles to advance to the semi-final at Rio Olympics.

Whyte clocked a personal best of 48.37s ahead of Great Britain’s Jack Green (2nd in 48.96 )and American Byron Robinson (48.98), who finished third.

Jamaica’s Roxroy Cato has also qualified for the semi-final as one of the fastest losers despite finishing fourth in his heat.

So is the National 400m hurdles champion Jaheel Hyde. Hyde finished fourth in his heat.
