Jamaican-born orphan Alberto Campbell-Staines is on track to represent Australia at World Championships. His story is one of incredible faith, love and courage. Many young sports people aspire to represent Australia as elite athletes, but when you start your life as an orphan, such dreams seem virtually impossible.
But that’s what this 21-year-old Brisbane runner has done. Alberto was born in Jamaica and adopted by a Queensland couple and now he’s on track for the next Paralympics next year. Watch the video below.
