Emerging sprinter Rasheed Dwyer clocked 19.80 (+2.0) to break the 44-year-old (19.86) 200m Record, formerly held by fellow Jamaican Donald Quarrie in Men’s 200m Semi-final 1 at the 2015 Pan Am Games on Thursday. Dwyer ran the fastest time of semi-finals and qualifies for the final. Watch below.
