Omar Mcleod became the new 60m Hurdles World Indoor Champion on the final day of the World Indoor Championships, March 20, 2016, at the Oregon Convention Centre in Portland, Oregon USA.

Mcleod won the gold medal after recording a new world-leading time of 7.41, beating two hungry Americans by his side.
