Christopher Taylor 2nd in Men’s 400m A-Race Racers Grand Prix, Jamaica

Christopher Taylor of Calabar High ran 45.66 to finish 2nd in Men’s 400M A race at the inaugural Racers Grand Prix meet in Kingston, Jamaica, on June 11. Delano Williams  of Great Britain won the event in 45.50.

16-year-old Taylor ran a comfortable race for the fist 300 meters but then tried to keep up and pass Williams in the last 100 metres.
