Elaine Thompson ran an impressive 100m race to clock 10.70, equaling the Jamaican National record and the fourth fast time in history.
Thompson beat Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, who finished second in new season best time of 10.93. Christania Williams finished third in 10.97 ahead of Veronica Campbell-Brown, who finished fourth in 11.10, is shut out of the 100m Olympic team — a reminiscent of 2008.
