Jamaica Wins Women’s 4x100m Relay at Zurich Diamond League

Christania Williams, Elaine Thompson, Simone Facey and Veronica Campbell-Brown beat the USA’s Women’s 4x100m relay team to win the Zurich Diamond League Trophy today in Switzerland.

Veronica Campbell-Brown ran the anchor leg for the Jamaican Women 4x100m Relay team, clocking 41.65, a second ahead of Team Ukraine (42.76). Germany finished third (43.03).

Team USA, who had a mishap on the third leg of the race -Allyson Felix failed to pass the baton to Jeneba Tarmoh – finished fourth but was later disqualified.
