Usain Bolt says he will return to the World Championships to say goodbye to fans inside the London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and those who will be watching on the television.

Bolt also told fans “thank you” as he was receiving treatment in his hotel room after he suffered a muscle cramp during the end of the Men’s 4x100m relay final on Saturday.
