Jamaicans Taylor, Sawyers win 400m silver and bronze at World Under 20 Championship Tampere

All bets were firmly placed on Christopher Taylor to win the Men’s 400m race at the World Under 20 Championship underway in Tampere, Finland. However, Jamaica had to settle for the silver and bronze medal through Taylor (45.38) and teammate Chantz Sawyers (45.89), neither who had a shot against the irresistible grand master himself, Jonathan Sacoor.

The Belgium athlete clocked 45.03 seconds to run a lap of the track and stuck a fork in the chances of Jamaican star Taylor, who went of way, way, way too fast.
