Janieve Russel wins 400m Hurdles Gold at first-ever Athletics World Cup in London

Janieve Russell of JAM wins the women’s 400m Hurdles race in 55.10 (earning 8pts) at the inaugural Athletics World Cup being held in London.

Russell won ahead of second place finisher Beesley of GB behind in 55.90 (7pts) and Chaboudez (6pts) of FRA finished in 56.23 SB to take bronze.

8 teams, 8 countries compete to win $2million dollar prize money and the Platinum trophy.
