Team Jamaica won the gold and silver medal of Girls’ 200m Under-20 final at the 2019 CARIFTA Games in the Cayman Islands.

Reigning double sprint champion Briana Williams repeats her 100m, 200m victory with a 2019 time of 22.89 seconds ahead of teammate Joanne Reid, who clocked 23.69. Beyonce Defreitas of the British Virgin Islands finished third with a time of 23.79 seconds.
Williams had won in a similar fashion on Saturday, Day 1 of the games, storming away the 100m field to win gold in a time of 11.25.
