Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls have secured their second victory, beating Trinidad and Tobago on Day 2 of the 2019 Netball World Cup preliminary stage, Saturday, July 13, in their 15th World Cup appearance.
Jamaica came out firing on all cylinders, scoring 16 unanswered goals, and from then on the result was never in question.
The Girlz defeated Fiji 85-29 in their first match on Day 1, Friday, which makes it two in two for Sunshine Girls.
