Elaine Thompson wins Pan Am Games 100m GOLD

Elaine Thomspon, the reigning Olympic 100m champion, becomes the 2019 Pan Am Games 100m champion at the games underway in Lima, Peru.

Thomspon won gold after a powerful start out of the blocks to clock 11.18 seconds at the finish line.
