Elaine Thompson has qualified for the women’s 100m final after finishing second in her heat on the Day 3 of the 2019 World Championships in Qatar, Doha.

Thompson, who on her heat Saturday to qualify for semifinal, clocked 11.00 seconds in her most relaxed race yet to advance to the women’s 100m final set for 4:20 pm ET today.
