Yohan Blake has reigned in the showman antics he used to display in his early days, but that swagger is still there. Blake has won Heat 4 of the Men’s 100m on Day 1 of the 2019 World Championships in Qatar, Doha.
Blake, who is still the second-fastest man of all time, ran a comfortable 10.07 seconds to win Heat 4 ahead of French sprinter Jimmy Vicaut, who finished second in 10.08 seconds. The Men’s semifinal is set for Saturday at 11:45 a.m. ET.
