Watch Akeem Bloomfield qualify for 400m semi-finals at World Champs

Akeem Bloomfield has qualified for the Men’s 400m semi-finals at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar.

Bloomfield, who won the men’s 400m Birmingham Diamond League in August, clocked a comfortable 45.34 seconds in heat 1, allowing Trinidadian sprinter Machel Cedenio edge the win in 45.26 to also qualify for the semis.
