Williams, who has recorded faster times on five occasions this season, clocked 12.47 bronze behind winner Nia Ali who won the gold in 12.34. Keni Harrison claimed the silver in 12.46 seconds.
Williams’ compatriots finished Janeek Brown finish 6th while Tapper was disqualified.
