Defending World champion Omar McLeod won the men’s 110m hurdles semifinal 2 at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar.

The Jamaican was into his running quickest and well ahead before taking the fourth hurdle down. That cut his lead slightly but didn’t affect his rhythm; the Olympic champion kept it together to hold off the late charge of Pascal Martinot-Lagarde to win in 13.08 to qualify for the final set for 3 pm JA time/4 pm ET today.
Jamaicans Andrew Riley, Orlando Bennett, Ronald Levy all crashed out in their semi-final heat.
