The team, Akeem Bloomfield to Nathon Allen to Terry Ricardo Thomas to Javon Francis, clocked 3:00.76, a season’s best.

Belgium will also advance, with the 2017 champions Trinidad and Tobago, via anchor Deon Lendore, sneaking through for the final automatic spot in the final.
