Shericka Jackson qualifies for Women’s 100m semi-final at Tokyo Olympics

Shericka Jackson finished second in Heat 7 of the women’s 100 metres to qualify for the semi-final at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Jackson clocked 11:07 seconds in her heat and qualify for the semi-final of the women’s 100m scheduled for Saturday, July 31 at 5:15 a.m. Jamaican time or 6:15 a.m. eastern time.

She will join Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Elaine Thompson-Hera to secure a spot in the highly anticipated 100m final.
