Atkinson won the 50m breaststroke final in 29.16 seconds — which is just shy of her new world record of 28.56 she set last month in Budapest, Hungary<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In addition to owning eight of the 14 sub-29 swims in history, Atkinson also owns five of the all-time top-10.<\/p>\n

Efimova won silver with 29.63 and Emily Seebohm bronze with 30.35.\u00a0Atkinson has won US$54,400 in prize money\u00a0so far on the 2018 World Cup series.<\/p>\n
