Jamaica won 21 medals at the NACAC Track & Field Championships – Toronto

Jamaica enjoyed its best performance at the recently concluded NACAC Track & Field Championships, coming away with 21 medals, seven gold, nine silver and five bronze.

Fredrick Dacres, Tyquendo Tracey, and Shanieka Ricketts were particularly brilliant in setting championship records in the men’s discus, men’s 100m and the women’s triple jump, which also saw Ricketts defending her title.
