Jamaica Wins Silver in the Boys’ High Jump U-18 at CARIFTA 2016

Kobe-Jordan Rhooms cleared 2.06m to win the silver medal in Boys High Jump Under-18 on Day 2 of the 2016 CARIFTA Games held in St. George’s, Grenada.

Jamaica’s Kobe-Jordan Rhooms won the silver medal Boys High Jump Under-18 on Day 2 of the 2016 CARIFTA Games in St. George’s, Grenada — March 26-28.

Rhooms cleared a height of 2.06m before failing four attempts including 2.09m to contest for the gold medal. Bahamas’ Jyles Etienne won the gold medal after clearing 2.07m High Jump. Benjamin Clarke of Bahamas took the bronze after clearing 2.06 but failing five attempts including the 2.09 mark.
