Team Jamaica is the first Caribbean team to qualify for a two consecutive Gold Cup Final. While the Reggae Boyz are busy preparing for what could be a historic Gold Cup final tonight against the USA, the Boyz have already made history.
Before defeating the 2015 defending champions Mexico 1-0 last Sunday, The Reggae Boyz beat 2013 defending champions USA 2-1 in the 2015 semifinals and became the first Caribbean team to advance to a Gold Cup final. The Boyz confidence was at an all-time high after winning a competitive Group B and disposing of Haiti in the quarterfinals.
Tonight, July 26, the Boyz will face the US at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California at 9:30 pm ET.
