Reggae singer/songwriter Omi drops “Hula Hoop,” a follow-up to his six-week chart-topper “Cheerleader.”  The Jamaican-born Omar Samuel Pasley, who Taylor Swift brought out during her 1989 Tour on Saturday night (August 29) in California, keeps the momentum going with another hit-in-the-making. He has also announced his debut album, entitled ME 4 U, which will be released on October 16.
