Miss World Talent is a fast track competition in the Miss World pageant, in which a number of contestants show their abilities in singing, dancing, poetry, etc. The winner of the event automatically makes it into the semifinals. Jamaica never won this fast track competition. This is the first win for Guyana.

After singing an original song, titled ‘One Last Time’, penned in tribute to her deceased cousin, who was the first person in her life to envision and encourage her prospering singing career, Miss Guyana, Lisa Punch, received a standing ovation from her fellow contestants and the crowd, who were left teary-eyed and spellbound by her flawless voice, captivating delivery, and emotional lyrics.

The Top 5 placement:

1st – Miss Guyana
2nd – Miss Malaysia
3rd – Miss Jamaica
4th – Miss Paraguay
5th – Miss Samoa
